We Did It !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My niece, Stephanie, texted me Tuesday. Their Fall Break camping trip fell apart. Were we busy? No, come on down!!! OK, but DON'T tell anyone were my orders!

I did warn her that I'm in the middle of painting, this she knows because we text everyday! She offered to help!

As it happened, AJ had early dismissal from school, noon, and Amelia - 12:40. If Stephanie and the girls wanted to get here to really surprise them they would have to leave EARLY!

Well, we did it! AJ sort of overheard me talking to a friend at PTA Thursday night, he was a little suspicious, but Amelia squealed, screamed, and hollered with delight as she pick up her cousins and swung them around in circles!!! The robotics team was totally confused!

Our neighbor, Ashley, was shocked when the doorbell rang, and there was Stephanie. Ashley started crying. Yes, they are close! My oldest Chris was surprised when he called me and Stephanie answered the phone!

So, we proved we can keep a secret! Very difficult to pull off, not to publish anything on facebook, and not to 'slip'!!!! But it was fun to surprise the kids!!!!

Having a fun filled busy weekend.

Bubble-icious!

I think I'm in love again! My water camera is amazing! Videos capture sound under water that I didn't know existed! Reflections things happening in the pool that you can capture with a water safe camera are just so much fun. Oh, and how the kids loved playing with the camera! IS that camera SAFE in the water? This was the question I was asked over and over this 4th of July weekend by all the kids in the pool. Then the kids wanted to try it. Oh to see the pictures!

My niece, Stephanie, and I laughed so hard one night as we downloaded all my pictures to her computer. As she lives in Bethany, OK and we live in Lubbock, it makes life easier to share photos while you are at the home of the relative!

Crazy Man, Crazy!

Hello friends! 1 computer is up and running!

OK, a little background, anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a bargain shopper expert! I'm all about finding a sale and a good buy. So, back at Easter when Tuesday Morning, yes that is a store, had pool toys my mind went to my my nieceStephanie and her pool and the fact that we were planning to be there for her big 4th of July party!!!

Now, look at the pictures below and see what I bought. The best $50.00 I ever spent! Stephanie says pool toys come to her house to die, so she hasn't let her girls play with this except 1 time. Everyone had a blast with this. I hope it survives to next summer, the vinyl is heavy duty, I think it stands a chance!!!
